5. Payment Terms
Payments are processed via Stripe (credit/debit card) or PayPal. By subscribing, the Customer authorises Euricio to charge the applicable fees automatically at the start of each billing period.
Monthly billing: Subscriptions renew automatically each month. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month.
Annual billing: The full annual amount is charged upfront. The subscription renews automatically for another year unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Failed payments: If a payment fails, Euricio will notify the Customer by email. If the outstanding amount is not settled within 7 days, Euricio may restrict access to the Service until payment is received. The obligation to pay remains in effect.
Invoices are delivered by email as PDF documents and are also available in the account dashboard.
6. Right of Withdrawal / Cancellation
EU consumer right of withdrawal: If you are a consumer under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of the date the contract was concluded, without giving any reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform Euricio S.L. (ez@euricio.es) by means of a clear statement (e.g. an email) of your decision to withdraw.
Loss of withdrawal right: The right of withdrawal expires early if the Service has begun with the Consumer's express consent before the end of the withdrawal period, and the Consumer has acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal upon commencement of performance.
Cancellation by the Customer: The Customer may cancel their subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Cancellation can be made:
- Through the account settings in the dashboard (recommended), or
- By email to ez@euricio.es
Access to the Service continues until the end of the paid period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period unless required by law.
7. User Obligations
The Customer agrees to:
- Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations;
- Not share login credentials with unauthorised third parties or allow shared account access;
- Not perform automated data collection, reverse engineering, decompilation, or disassembly of the Service;
- Not upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful;
- Not use the Service to distribute spam, malware, or harmful materials;
- Promptly notify Euricio of any suspected unauthorised access to the account;
- Ensure that users operating under the Employee role act within their assigned permissions.
In the event of a material or repeated breach, Euricio reserves the right to immediately suspend access to the Service or terminate the contract.
8. User Roles
The Service operates with the following user roles:
| Role | Holder | Permissions |
|---|---|---|
| Admin | Euricio S.L. only | Full platform administration; never assigned to customers |
| Manager | Customer administrator | User management, account settings, full access to the customer's data |
| Employee | End users | Operational access to assigned areas (leads, properties, tasks) |
The Admin role is reserved exclusively for Euricio S.L. and is never granted to customers or their users.
9. Data and Content
The Customer retains full ownership of all data and content uploaded or created within the Service ("Customer Data"). Euricio acquires no ownership rights over Customer Data.
The Customer grants Euricio a limited, non-exclusive licence to process Customer Data solely for the purposes of delivering the Service.
Euricio processes personal data on behalf of the Customer in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The details are set out in the Data Processing Agreement (DPA), which is available upon request at ez@euricio.es.
Upon termination of the contract, Euricio will make Customer Data available for export in a standard format (CSV/JSON) for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.
10. Availability / SLA
Euricio endeavours to maintain high availability of the Service on a best-effort basis. No specific uptime guarantee is provided, particularly for the Starter plan.
Planned maintenance is carried out outside peak usage hours wherever possible and will be announced in advance. Euricio will work to resolve unplanned outages as quickly as possible.
The Service is delivered over the internet. Euricio is not responsible for outages or degradation caused by third-party services, the Customer's internet connection, or force majeure events.
11. Limitation of Liability
Euricio is fully liable for damages arising from injury to life, body, or health, and for damages caused by wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
In all other cases, Euricio's liability is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damages. Euricio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or damages arising from temporary unavailability of the Service, unless caused by wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where prohibited by applicable mandatory law, including Spanish consumer protection legislation (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007) and EU consumer law.
For business customers, Euricio's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Customer to Euricio in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Changes to Service and Pricing
Euricio may update, modify, or discontinue features of the Service where there is a legitimate reason (e.g. technical improvements, regulatory requirements) and where the change is reasonable for the Customer.
Price changes will be communicated to the Customer by email at least 30 days before taking effect. For annual contracts, new prices apply from the next renewal date.
If the Customer objects to a material change within the notice period, they may terminate the contract with effect from the date the change comes into force.
13. Termination
The contract is concluded for an indefinite period, renewing monthly (monthly billing) or annually (annual billing) unless cancelled.
Cancellation by the Customer: The Customer may cancel at any time, with effect at the end of the current billing period, via the account settings or by email.
Cancellation by Euricio: Euricio may terminate the contract with 30 days' notice, or immediately for cause, including:
- Non-payment of fees after a warning notice;
- Material breach of these Terms not remedied after notice;
- Use of the Service for unlawful purposes.
After termination, Customer Data will be available for export for 30 days, then permanently deleted.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Spain, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Mandatory consumer protection rules of the Customer's country of habitual residence remain unaffected.
The exclusive jurisdiction for disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms is Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain, for business customers or customers without a general place of jurisdiction in Spain. For consumers, the statutory place of jurisdiction applies.
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Euricio is not obligated and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
